Acqua Di Miele Alla Luganese (Honey Water)
Ingredients:
| 1 Quart White Wine red |
| 1 Cup Honey (up to 2) |
| 1 Stick Cinnamon broken in half |
Directions:
1. Combine the wine and honey in a bowl and mix well.
2. Add the cinnamon stick. Cover and let stand in the sun for 3 days.
3. Stir occasionally. Remove the cinnamon. Pour into bottles or glass jars and seal.
