Alaska Salmon Salad Sandwich
Ingredients:
15 1/2 oz Canned Alaskan Salmon
1/3 cup Plain Yogurt
1/3 cup Green Onion chopped
1/3 cup Celery chopped
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
Pepper to taste
12 slices White Bread
Directions:
1. Drain and flake salmon.

2. Stir in remaining ingredients except pepper and bread.

3. Season with pepper to taste. Spread salmon mixture on half of bread slices; top with remaining bread.

4. Cut sandwiches into halves or quarters. Makes 6 sandwiches.
