Alaska Sourest Dough
Ingredients:
1 Package Yeast cake
2 1/4 Cups Water Warm
2 Tablespoons Sugar
1 Tablespoon Vinegar wine
1 Teaspoon Salt to 1 ts
2 Cups Bread Flour up to 4 1/2 cups
Directions:
1. Disolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water.

2. Add sugar vinegar,salt,all purpose flour. Add remaining water until a creamy batter is formed.

3. Place in a glass bowl,cover and let sit until it starts to ferment.

4. About 3 days. It will take on a powerful boozy smell.

5. Stir again until creamy and measure out what is called for in the recipe.

6. Replenish starter with equal amounts of flour and water.

7. Store in the fridge and bring to room temp before using.
