Alfredo Sauce (lowfat)
Ingredients:
1 Cup Milk 1 Cup Skimmed milk hot
1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese 1/2 Cup Lowfat cottage cheese drained
1 Tablespoon Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch Dissolved In
1/4 Teaspoon Salt 1/4 Teaspoon Salt to 1 ts
1/8 Teaspoon Pepper 1/8 Teaspoon Pepper hot red
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic powder (scant)
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese 1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese grate
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

2. Pour mixture into a small saucepan and cook over medium heat until heated through and smooth, stirring occasionally.

3. Serve with hot, cooked fettucini. Makes 4 serving.
