Apple Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 Cups Apples (1 can)
1 Cup Apple Cider (up to 1)
1 Cup Orange Juice chilled
2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg freshly grated
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon Ground
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
