Asian Marinade (For Fish)
Ingredients:
1/4 Cup
Soy Sauce or tamari
2 Tablespoons
Dark Sesame Oil (optional)
2 Tablespoons
Wine Rice Vinegar (white or apple cider vinegar will do)
1 Tablespoon
Garlic
1 Tablespoon
Ginger
1 Unit
Scallion sliced thin (about 2 tb)
1 Unit
Pepper (lots of it)
Directions:

Marinate fish for 30 minutes, turning after 15 minutes.
