Asparagus Almondine
Ingredients:
1/4 Cup Almond
1/2 Cup Butter (1/4 stick) cut into 6 pieces
1 Teaspoon Tarragon (up to)
20 Ounces Asparagus cooked and drained
Directions:
1. In a small, heat-resistant, non-metallic bowl, place almonds and butter.

2. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 1 1/2 minutes or until nuts are lightly browned.

3. Stir in vinegar. Pour sauce over hot or cooled asparagus.
