1. Cream butter and sugar.
2. Add eggs, one at a time; beat well until light and fluffy. 3. Add vanilla. Sift 2 cups of flour, salt and baking powder together. 4. Add sifted ingredients to creamed mixture and beat. 5. Dredge berries in remaining flour. Fold berry mixture gently into creamed mixture. 6. Pour into a 10 inch tube pan which has been buttered and coated with sugar. 7. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. |
