Baked Bean Pot Lentils
Ingredients:
2 1/2 Cups Water
2 Tablespoons Ketchup
2 Tablespoons Molasses
1 Teaspoon Salt to taste
1/2 Cup Onion Chopped
1/2 Teaspoon Dry Mustard
1 Cup Lentils
2 Tablespoons Dark Brown Sugar
4 Slices Bacon diced and cooked
Directions:
1. In saucepan, combine lentils, water, onion, and salt.

Bring to a boil; cover and simmer 45 minutes.

Stir in remaining ingredients. Turn into 1-quart casserole dish and bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
