Baked Peanut Butter Pie
Ingredients:
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla 1/4 tsp if Watkins
1 Cup Corn Syrup dark
1 Cup Sugar granulated
3 Eggs slightly beaten
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter creamy
1 Pie Crust 9"; unbaked
Directions:
1. Blend the corn syrup, sugar, vanilla, eggs, and peanut butter and pour into the unbaked crust.

2. Bake in a 400 degree oven 15 minutes, then lower the temperature to 350 degrees and continue baking 30 to 35 minutes more.

3. The center should look "wobbly"; it will set as the pie cools.
