Banana Cranberry Cream
Ingredients:
3 Unit Ripe Bananas
1 Package Unflavored Gelatin (1 tb.)
1/4 Cup Water
2 Tablespoons Sugar
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice depending on the
2 Ounces Cranberries
1/2 Pint Cream whipped
Directions:
1. peel and slice bananas.

2. Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Combine sliced bananas, gelatin, sugar, lemon juice and cranberry liqueur, Blend in blender until smooth.

3. Partially freeze mixture. Fold in whipped cream and freeze.
