Basics Polenta
Ingredients:
4 Cups Water to cover
1 Cup Cornmeal preferably stone ground
1/2 Teaspoon Salt (1 tsp)
Directions:
1. Basics for new cooks: In large saucepan, bring water and salt to boil over high heat; reduce heat to medium.

2. Gradually whisk in cornmeal; cook, stirring constantly, for 20-25 minutes or until thick enough to mound.
