Bavarian Noodles With Apples
Ingredients:
2 Cups Egg Noodles
2 Tablespoons Margarine or butter ;
1 1/2 Cups Apples
1/2 Teaspoon Caraway Seed or more
2 Tablespoons Honey (45 ml)
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard (up to 2)
Directions:
1. Cook noodles per package.

2. Drain and set aside. Melt margarine in medium skillet over medium-high heat.

3. Add apples and caraway seed; cook until apples are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.

4. (Don't worry if the apples break up). Add cooked noodles, honey and mustard; mix lightly.

5. Cook until thoroughly heated. Makes 6 servings.
