Bean Sprouts and Green Onions
Ingredients:
2 Teaspoons Walnut Oil
1 Pound Bean Sprouts chopped
6 Unit Green Onions chopped
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped
1 Tablespoon Sunflower Seed (optional)
Directions:
1. In a wok or a large, non-stick skillet, heat oil.

2. Rinse bean sprout under cold water. Saute green onions about 3 minutes; stir in sprouts to heat through.

3. Toss with soy sauce. Garnish with parsley and sunflower seeds.
