Directions:
1. Combine garlic salt, mustard and pepper; rub into roast.
2. Heat pressure cooker. Add shortening; brown roast well on all sides. 3. Combine water, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, celery seed and ginger; pour over meat. 4. Close cover tightly. Place pressure regulator on vent pipe. 5. Cook 40 minutes Let pressure drop on its own accord. 6. Thicken gravy if desired. 6 to 8 Servings. 7. Be sure you start timing once pressure is reached. |
