Beef and Noodles Withsour Cream and Paprika
Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons Butter (1/4 stick) cut into 6 pieces
1 Pound Ground Beef lean
1 Tablespoon Onion minced
1 Unit Clove Of Garlic minced
1/2 Pound Mushroom sliced
1/4 Cup Dry Red Wine ;
1 Unit Lemon (2 tb)
2 Unit Beef Bouillon Cubes crushed
1 Cup Water hot
2 Cups Noodles
1 Unit Pepper
1 Cup Sour Cream (optional)
1 Unit Paprika divided
1 Unit Parsley
Directions:
1. Beef and Noodles with Sour Cream and Paprika Melt butter; add beef, onion, garlic, and mushrooms.

2. Saute' until meat loses red color and onion tender, stirring with fork to break up the meat.

3. Add wine, lemon juice, bouillon cubes and water.

4. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Add noodles, cover and simmer for 15 minutes or til noodles are tender, adding more water if necessary.

5. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in sour cream and heat gently.
