Best Salado Brownies
Ingredients:
2 Cups Sugar plus extra for coating
2 Cups Flour divided
1 Cup Vegetable Oil (Granny used melted lard)
1 Cup Chocolate Chips reduced fat
1 Teaspoon Salt pepper to taste,
4 Tablespoons Cocoa Dutch process
2 Teaspoons Vanilla or almond flavoring
4 Eggs beaten
1/2 Cup Pecan chopped
Directions:
1. Combine first 7 ingredients.

2. Pour into prepared 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle pecans then chocolate chips over top of brownie mixture.

3. Press gently. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
