Blackberry Preserves
Ingredients:
1 Pound Blackberries or raspberries; (sprinkled with sugar if tart)
1 Pound Sugar confectioner'
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice depending on the
Directions:
1. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS and let sit, covered, for 1 hour.

2. Place in a pot, place over medium heat and cook until the mixture bubbles and thickens.

3. Strain through a large strainer to remove the seeds.

4. Follow manufacturer's directions for canning, or place in jars and store in the refrigerator.
