Braised Celery
Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
2 Cups Beef Broth
1 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter
2 Bunches Celery sliced
Directions:
1. Blanch the celery, drain and cool.

2. When ready to serve, combine broth, butter, mustard and bring to a simmer.

3. Add celery and heat through. Salt and pepper to taste.

4. NOTE: You may need as much as 3 cups broth for this.

5. Chicken stock works too, or a combination .
