Print Butter Pecan Crunch Recipe

Butter Pecan Crunch
Ingredients:
2 Cups Graham Crackers ;
1/2 Cup Butter or margarine; melted
2 Packages Instant Pudding Mix vanilla 3.4 oz. each
2 Cups Milk (evaporated is best)
1 Quart Ice Cream soft
8 Ounces Whipped Topping thaw
2 Unit Candy Bars crushed 1.4 oz. each
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine crumbs and butter.

2. Pat into the bottom of an ungreased 13x9x2" pan.

3. Chill. In a mixing bowl, beat pudding mixes and milk until well blended, about 1 minute.

4. Fold in the ice cream and whipped topping. Spoon over crust.

5. Sprinkle with crushed candy bars. Freeze. Thaw 20 minutes before serving.
