Buttermilk Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
1 Cup Buttermilk 1 Cup Seven Seas Buttermilk Salad Dressing
1 Unit Egg 1 Unit Egg slightly beaten
1/4 Teaspoon Hot Sauce 1/4 Teaspoon Hot sauce or to taste
3 Pounds Chicken Wings 3 Pounds Chicken wings deep fried
1 Cup Rum 1 Cup Plain breadcrumbs
Directions:
1. Mix together salad dressing, egg and hot sauce; blend well.

2. Dip chicken wings into dressing mixture ( I leave mine whole and tuck the tip under the meaty part), and roll in bread crumbs.

3. Place in lightly greased baking pan (I use a jellyroll pan) and bake at 400F for 40 minutes.
