CARROTS PUREE
Ingredients:
1 Unit Carrot quartered and cored
1/4 Teaspoon Sweet Butter softened
Directions:
1. Scrub the carrot thoroughly and chop into pieces.

2. Put in a small saucepan and cover with plenty of water.

3. Boil until the carrot is very tender and mushy (about 30 minutes).

4. Place the carrot in your blender or food processor and add the butter and a little bit of the cooking water.
