Cactus Pear Breakfast Shake
This shake will taste amazing after a morning workout or outside by the pool in the afternoon.
Ingredients:
2 Cactus Pears peeled and chunked
1 Banana large peeled and chunked
4 Ice cubes
1 1/2 tablespoons Honey
1 cup Milk
Directions:
1. Press cactus pears through medium disk of food mill.

2. Combine puree in blender or processor with banana, ice cubes, honey and milk; whirl until no chunks of ice remain.
