Calamari Marinara
Ingredients:
1/4 Cup
Olive Oil or corn oil
3 Unit
Garlic mince
1 Cup
Onion chop fine
1/4 Cup
Parsley chop
2 Tablespoons
Fresh Basil chop
2 Pounds
Squid clean
1/4 Cup
White Wine dry
1/4 Cup
Clam Juice (drained from clams)
3 Cups
Marinara Sauce (Momma'
1 Pinch
Oregano or marjoram, dried
1 Unit
Pepper (to taste)
1 Unit
Red Pepper (to taste)
Directions:
1.
Heat oil and saute garlic and onions until slightly brown.

Add basil, parsley, squid, wine, clam juice, marinara sauce, oregano, salt and peppers.
