Campbell Soup - Pork Chops A L'Orange
Ingredients:
8 Unit Pork Chops
1 Unit Pepper red bell
2 Cans Cream Of Chicken Soup undiluted (10 3/4 oz.)
1 Cup Fresh Orange Juice see note
1/2 Cup Celery
1/4 Cup Cashew
1 Unit Ground Cloves (optional)
8 Unit Oranges 1/2' d
Directions:
1. Use 1 large frying pan or prepare in 2 frying pans.

2. Prepare by dividing ingredients equally; brown chops.

3. Season with pepper; pour off fat. Stir in remaining ingredients, except oranges; cover.

4. Cook over low heat 40 minutes; stir occasionally.

5. Add orange slices, cover. Cook over low heat 5 minutes more or until tender.
