Caramel Nut Angel Pie
You can add fresh creams over the pie as a topping with some fresh fruits to make it more attractive. You can also add some finely grind cinnamon over the pie before serving which acts as a flavor as well as fragrance.
Ingredients:
Pie Crust
2 Eggs Whites
1 quart Coffee Ice Cream
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 quart Chocolate Ice Cream
1/4 cup Sugar
1 1/2 cups Almonds Finely Chopped
2 tablespoons Butter
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 cup Brown Sugar Packed
2 tablespoons Walnuts
1/4 cup Half And Half
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400 F Beat whits to soft peaks.

2. Gradually add sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating 1 minute after each addition to form a stiff meringue.

3. Fold in nuts. Spread into well-buttered 9-inch pie pan with sides extending over the rim.
