Carrot Salad (satterly)
Ingredients:
4 Carrots shredded
1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley Chopped fresh
1 Tablespoon Basil crumbled dried
1 Tablespoon Scallion chopped fine
3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice to taste (2 to 4)
2 Tablespoons Safflower Oil ;
1 Unit Salt
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, toss .
