Cauliflower Piquante
Ingredients:
4 Cups Cauliflower fresh
1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil vegetable
2 Tablespoons Cider Vinegar Or To Taste
1/2 Teaspoon Dried Dill Crushed
1 Unit White Pepper ground
Directions:
1. Steam the cauliflower until it is just crisp-tender.

2. Combine with the remaining ingredients in a bowl.

3. Stir to coat. Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour before serving.

4. If made in advance, refrigerate after marinating for 1 hour.
