Ingredients:
Directions:
1. Heat the oil in a pan and add the onions and tomatoes.
2. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Stir in the seasoning and basil and cook for 1-2 minutes. 3. Meanwhile, cook the cauliflower in boiling, salted water for 4-5 minutes until almost tender. 4. Drain well. Arrange the vegetables on a serving plate and garnish with fresh basil. |
