Cheesy Lemon Spread
Ingredients:
2 Unit Eggs 2 Unit Eggs slightly beaten Large
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice 1/4 Cup Lemon juice depending on the
3 Tablespoons Butter 3 Tablespoons Butter or margarine (up to 3)
3/4 Cup Sugar 3/4 Cup Sugar
1 Teaspoon Lemon Peel 1 Teaspoon Lemon peel fresh grated
1 Dash Salt 1 Dash Salt and pepper to taste
1 Unit Cream Cheese 1 Unit 3 oz pkg. cream cheese
Directions:
1. In a heavy pan mix eggs, juice, butter, sugar, and salt.

2. Bring to a boil while stirring over low heat, then cook 3 more minutes.

3. Beat cream cheese and lemon peel. When egg mixture is cool, blend into cheese until smooth.
