Cheesy Shrimp Bisque
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Celery 1/2 Cup Celery slices
2 Tablespoons Margarine 2 Tablespoons Parkay margarine melted
1 Package Cream Cheese 1 Package (8-oz) Philadelphia Brand cream cheese cubed
1 Cup Milk 1 Cup Milk or part cream
1/2 Pound Cheese Spread 1/2 Pound Velveeta pasteurized process cheese spread cubed
1 Package Shrimp 1 Package (6-oz) frozen cooked tiny shrimp thawed, drained
1/3 Cup Dry White Wine 1/3 Cup Dry white wine or chicken broth
1/4 Teaspoon Dill 1/4 Teaspoon Dill or seed
Directions:
1. In 2-quart saucepan, cook celery in margarine until tender.

2. Add cream cheese and milk; stir over medium heat until cream cheese is melted.

3. Add Velveeta cheese spread, shrimp and wine; heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.

4. Sprinkle with dill weed. Five l-cup servings.

5. Variation: Omit wine. Increase milk to 1-1/3 cups.
