Chicken Stuffed With Cinnamon Bread
Ingredients:
4 Unit Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
2 Slices Cinnamon cut into 1/4&
1 Apple finely chopped
2 Tablespoons Margarine or butter; melted
1/2 Cup Apple Juice frozen
1/4 Teaspoon Cornstarch divided
1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon ground
Directions:
1. Place chicken between 2 pieces of waxed paper.

2. Pound chicken to 1/4" thickness. Mix bread cubes and chopped apple.

3. Place 1/4 cup bread mixture on each chicken breast half.

4. Roll chicken around bread mixture; secure with toothpicks.

5. Cover and grill the chicken 4-6" from medium coals, turning after 10 minutes and brushing with margarine, until done.

6. Remove toothpicks. Mix apple juice, cornstarch and cinnamon in 1 quart saucepan.

7. Cook over medium heat until slightly thickened.
