Print Chinese Asparagus with Cashews Recipe

Chinese Asparagus with Cashews
Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil or to taste
1 1/2 Pounds Asparagus blanched cut diagonally into 1" pieces
2 Teaspoons Sesame Oil more or less (up to)
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce for duckling
1 Tablespoon Fresh Ginger fine chop
1/2 Cup Roasted Cashews Coarsely chopped
Directions:
1. Cut off the tough lower stems of the asparagus and discard.

2. Cut each stalk diagonally into 3 or 3 pieces.

3. Heat the oils together in a wok over high heat.

4. Add the ginger and stir-fry for one minute. Add the asparagus and stir-fry until tender but still crisp.

5. ..4 to 5 minutes. Stir in the cashews and soy sauce.
