Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls
Ingredients:
4 Tablespoons Butter 4 Tablespoons Melted butter
4 Tablespoons Water 4 Tablespoons Water reserved from cooking
1/2 Unit Vanilla Pudding 1/2 Unit Box instant vanilla pudding (1/2 of a 3.4oz. box)
1 Cup Milk 1 Cup Milk (evaporated is best)
1 Unit Egg 1 Unit Egg (beaten)
1 Tablespoon Sugar 1 Tablespoon Sugar brown
1/2 Teaspoon Salt 1/2 Teaspoon Salt and pepper to taste
4 Cups Bread Flour 4 Cups Bread flour (up to 7)
2 1/2 Teaspoons Dry Yeast 2 1/2 Teaspoons Active dry yeast Fill with:
1/2 Cup Butter 1/2 Cup Softened butter (up to)
1 Cup Brown Sugar 1 Cup Brown sugar (optional)
2 Teaspoons Cinnamon 2 Teaspoons Cinnamon (or more, to taste)
Directions:
1. ROLLS: Place ingredients in machine following the specifications of that particular machine.

2. Set for dough cycle (about 1 hr. 40 minutes in my Hitachi B101 ~ Debbie Carlson).
