Country Breakfast
Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons Onions Chopped
1/2 Cup Bell Pepper green, chopped
4 Eggs beaten
1/3 Cup Margarine stick
4 Cups Potatoes Cubed cooked
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded shredded
Directions:
1. Cook potatoes, green pepper and onion in margarine until lightly browned.

2. Season to taste. Break eggs over potato mixture; cover, cook until eggs are done.

3. Sprinkle with cheese; cover and heat until cheese melts.
