Crockpot French Onion Soup
Ingredients:
3 Unit Onions thinly sliced
1/2 Cup Butter or margarine
2 Tablespoons Beef or 6
4 Cups Water
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce to taste
1/2 Teaspoon Salt approximately
4 Unit French Bread toasted
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese grated
Directions:
1. In skillet cook onions in butter, until lightly browned.

2. In crockpot combine browned onions in butter with bouillon, water, Worcestershire sauce and salt.

3. Cover and cook on low 4-6 hours. Top each bowl with Toasted French bread, sprinkled with cheese.

4. Recipe may be doubled, kept hot and served from crockpot.
