Notes:
Double Baked Potato
Ingredients:
1/4 Teaspoon Horseradish Sauce grated or prepared; not the sauce
1 Tablespoon Milk whole
1 Potato pared and shredded
1/8 Teaspoon Bell Pepper bell
1/2 Teaspoon Onion minced
Directions:
1. Bake potato in 400 degree oven for 1 hour.

2. With sharp knife, cut area off top of potato large enough to scoop out the inside of the skin.

3. Set shell aside. Mash potato with onion, horseradish, milk and pepper.

4. Return to shell and sprinkle with paprika and parsley.

5. When ready to serve, return to oven and heat thoroughly.
