Print Eggless Mayonnaise (Vegetarian) Recipe
Notes:
Eggless Mayonnaise (Vegetarian)
Ingredients:
1/4 Teaspoon Salt pinch
1/4 Teaspoon Prepared Mustard divided
1/2 Cup Soy Milk (lite)
6 Teaspoons Vegetable Oil
1/4 Teaspoon Paprika (Hungarian if possible) [I use half hot, half mild]
3 Teaspoons Lemon Juice (30 ml)
Directions:
1. Put all the ingredients except the oil in a blender.

2. Blend on the lowest speed. Gradually-literally one drop at a time-add the oil until the mixture starts to thicken.

3. Continue blending until thickened and smooth.

4. Transfer to a jar and store in the refrigerator.
