Print Ginger Cookies Recipe

Ginger Cookies
Ingredients:
1 Pint Lard (2lbs)
1 Pint Brown Sugar packed
1 Quart Molasses baking
1 Pint Milk sour
8 Teaspoons Baking Soda level - dissol ved in milk
2 Tablespoons Ginger level
Directions:
1. Let stand over night.

2. Roll thin, glaze top of each cookie with 1 whole egg beaten light.
