Ginger Sherry Pork Chops
Ingredients:
1/3 Cup Dry Sherry or 1/4 cup orange juice
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce ;
1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil (for frying)
1 Tablespoon Ginger finely chopped
1 Teaspoon Honey Or Maple Syrup
1 Unit Clove Of Garlic finely chopped
4 Unit Pork Chops 1&
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except pork in shallow glass dish.

2. Place pork in dish; turn to coat with marinade.

3. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Remove pork from marinade; reserve marinade.

4. Cover and grill 4-5" from medium coals, 14-16 minutes, brushing occasionally with marinade and turning once, until no longer pink in center.
