1. Heat the butter in a 2-quart saucepan.
2. Add the flour and cook together to form a roux. 3. Do not Brown! Add the milk and whisk together until smooth. 4. Bring to a simmer, stirring regularly until thickened. 5. Add the Gorgonzola and stir until all is incorporated but still a bit lumpy. |
