Grilled Shrimp With Mustard Fruit Dip
Ingredients:
1 Teaspoon Curry Powder (optional)
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce ;
1 Tablespoon Ginger
1 Teaspoon Brown Sugar heaping
1 Tablespoon Lime Juice fresh-squeezed
1 Pound Shrimp
1 Unit Mustard
2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard to taste
1/4 Cup Mango Chutney or yogurt scallion mustard lemon, mixture
2 Teaspoons Lime Juice fresh-squeezed
Directions:
1. Mix together curry powder, soy sauce, ginger, brown sugar and lime juice in a bowl.

2. Stir in shrimp. Marinate for 20 minutes to one hour.

3. Thread shrimps onto skewers. Grill about 2 minutes per side or until pink.

4. Serve piled onto a lettuce-lined platter. To make the dip, combine mustard, chutney and lime juice.
