Ingredients:
1 can Cream Of Celery Soup
1/2 cup Milk
2 tablespoons Margarine or Butter
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
2 Eggs yolks slightly beaten
Directions:
1. In saucepan, combine all ingredients.

2. Cook over low heat just until thickened, stirring constantly.

3. Do not boil. Serve with cooked vegetables or fish. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
