Linguine Al la Carbonara
Ingredients:
4 Eggs at room temperature
1/4 Cup Margarine
1/4 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1/4 Cup Parsley
12 Ounces Linguine
1/2 Pound Bacon cut up
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese (4 ounces)
Directions:
1. Let eggs, cream and butter stand at room temperature 2-3 hrs.

2. Cook bacon til brown and crisp. Drain. Beat eggs and cream until blended.

3. Toss cooked pasta with margarine. Pour eggs and cream over pasta and toss.

4. Add bacon, cheese, parsley and pepper. Serve immediately.
