Pork Marsala
Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon Butter
1 Tablespoon Canola Oil
1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped
1 Tablespoon Tomato Paste
1/2 Pound Fresh Mushrooms
1/2 Cup Dry Red Wine
1 Pound Pork Tenderloin
1 Clove Of Garlic minced
1/2 Cup Marsala Wine Or Sweet Red Wine
Directions:
1. Cut tenderloin diagonally into cutlets.

2. Flatten cutlets to about 1/4 inch thickness.

3. Heat oil and butter in heavy skillet. Brown cutlets on both sides.

4. Remove from pan. Add garlic to pan; saute briefly.

5. Mix pan juices. Simmer 3 to 5 minutes. Return cutlets to pan and heat through.
