Notes: | Ranch Potatoes
a crowd pleaser without too many frills
Ingredients:
Directions:
1. Cut 5 lbs. of red potatoes into 1/4" cubes, cover with ranch powder dressing, then add just enough olive oil to liberally cover the bottom of the casserole dish (about 1 cm up).
2.Bake uncovered in a 13"x19" casserole dish for an hour or until desired tenderness. salt and pepper to taste. *add chives or crumbled bacon if desired* |
