Print Red Sour Cabbage Recipe

Red Sour Cabbage
Ingredients:
2 1/2 Cups Water
4 Tablespoons Vinegar
2 Teaspoons Caraway Seeds
2 Teaspoons Salt coarse
2 Pounds Red Cabbage
4 Teaspoons Sugar
Directions:
1. In a large pot add all ingredients.

2. Bring to a boil.

3. Cover pot, reduce heat, and simmer for 2 1/2 hours.

4. Add more water if necessary. Serve hot.
