Sour Cream Sorbet
Ingredients:
| 1 Tablespoon Sugar (optional) |
| 1 Cup Water lukewarm (110 to 115 |
| 1/2 Tablespoon Corn Syrup light |
| 1/2 Cup Sour Cream or milk |
Directions:
1. In a medium saucepan, bring sugar, water and corn syrup to a boil.
2. Let cool, then add lime juice and sour cream.
3. Churn in an ice cream maker and freeze until needed.
