Yummy Bread Pudding
Ingredients:
2 Eggs at room temperature
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Raisin dark, seedless (optional)
1 Teaspoon Nutmeg
1/4 Teaspoon Salt to taste
1/2 Cup Water boiling
2 Teaspoons Extract Of Vanilla
1 Can Evaporated Milk
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
2 Cups French Bread cubed
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2. Grease a 1-1/2 cup baking dish, and place the bread cubes in it.

3. In a medium bowl, beat the eggs. Add the sugar, salt and milk. Stir in 2 tablespoons of boiling water, then add the remaining water, cinnamon, nutmeg, raisins and vanilla. Pour the egg mixture of the bread cubes.

4. Bake the pudding until set, about 45 minutes. Serve warm, at room temperature or cold.
