Baked Lamb Stew with Fresh Rosemary

Winter winter winter. For those of us in the Northeast, we’re in the heart of winter but we’re not letting it get us down. This week we’re experimenting with soups, stews, and all things hearty. As my mom would say, we’re making “stick to your ribs” meals. We’re experimenting with all types of ingredients – various meats, hearty vegetables, and strong flavors.
